6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms:

• Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination
• Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon delivery to carrier
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon receipt and reporting any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy:

• Returns must be authorized in advance (RMA required)
• Products must be in original, unopened condition
• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
• Restocking fees may apply
